TOBACCO, ALCOHOL AND DRUG CONSUMPTION PREVENTION POLICY.
The company has defined and established a policy of non-alcohol, tobacco and drugs, this in order to promote, prevent and promote the welfare of workers, contractors, users and families visiting the physical facilities of the company, as this generates negative impacts on society, the work environment and on people in their safety and working conditions, due to their associated risk factors.
Therefore, with the aim of improving work performance and promoting healthy habits and lifestyles, taking into account the provisions of resolution 1075 of March 24, 1992 and resolution 4225 of May 29 of 1992, resolution 2646 of 2008 The following parameters are established:
⦁ It prohibits presenting itself to the fulfillment of its activities, functions and / or tasks under the effect of psychoactive substances including alcoholic or energizing beverages or others that affect the proper functioning of work performance.
⦁ Prohibits the consumption of tobacco, psychoactive substances, alcoholic or energy drinks, during the development of activities and / or functions within the physical facilities of the company.
⦁ Promotes awareness and training activities for workers, contractors and temporary workers who seek to create healthy habits and lifestyles in relation to the damage caused by cigarettes, alcoholic and / or energy drinks and psychoactive substances that affect the health of the individual and its environment.

Through the development of the occupational health and safety system.
This system is oriented to the development of a logical and phased process, based on continuous improvement, which includes policy, planning, organization, application, evaluation, audit and improvement actions in order to anticipate , recognize, evaluate and control the risks that may affect occupational safety and health throughout our value chain.
The Company assumes the responsibility of protecting the health and safety of all workers regardless of their employment relationship in the different work environments, therefore maintaining safe and healthy conditions in the workplace.

For the fulfillment of this Policy and the achievement of the proposed objectives of senior management, they will permanently guide their efforts and allocate the physical, economic and human talent resources required for the timely identification, assessment and intervention of the dangers that can generate accidents at work. , occupational diseases and emergencies, as well as those required for the effective development of activities and programs that contribute to strengthening workers' efficiency, competitiveness and good organizational image.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
In accordance with our commitment to the Environment, part of the premise of absolute respect for the environment, in the development of all its activities. To carry out its Environmental Policy, it addresses not only the needs of the present, but also provides, as far as possible, those that in the future the Environment and the Society as a whole will require from the Industry. Consequently, both the Policy and the strategies and objectives derived from it are reviewed annually in order to adapt them to the new requirements. The basic principles that govern said Environmental Policy are the following:
