POLÍTICA DE PREVENCIÓN DE CONSUMO DE TABACO, ALCOHOL Y DROGAS. 

La empresa ha definido y establecido una política de no alcohol, tabaco y drogas, esto con el fin de promover, prevenir y fomentar el bienestar de los trabajadores, contratistas, usuarios y familias que visitan las instalaciones físicas de la empresa, ya que esto genera impactos negativos sobre la sociedad, el ambiente de trabajo y en las personas en su seguridad y condiciones de trabajo, debido a sus factores de riesgo asociado.

Por lo tanto con el ánimo en el mejoramiento del desempeño laboral y el fomento de los hábitos y estilos de vida saludable, teniendo en cuenta lo establecido en la resolución 1075 de marzo 24 de 1992 y la resolución 4225 de mayo 29 de 1992, resolución 2646 de 2008 Se establece los siguientes parámetros:

  • Prohíbe presentarse al cumplimiento de sus actividades, funciones y/o tareas bajo el efecto de sustancias psicoactivas incluidas bebidas alcohólicas o energizantes u otras que afecten el funcionamiento adecuado del desempeño laboral.

  • Prohíbe el consumo de tabaco, sustancias psicoactivas, bebidas alcohólicas o energizantes, durante el desarrollo de actividades y/o funciones dentro de las instalaciones físicas de la empresa.

  • Promueve actividades de sensibilización y de capacitación para los trabajadores, contratistas y temporales que buscan la creación de hábitos y estilos de vida saludables en relación al daño que causa el cigarrillo, bebidas alcohólicas y/o energizantes y sustancias psicoactivas que afectan la salud del individuo y su entorno.
TOBACCO, ALCOHOL AND DRUG CONSUMPTION PREVENTION POLICY.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
In accordance with our commitment to the Environment, part of the premise of absolute respect for the environment, in the development of all its activities. To carry out its Environmental Policy, it addresses not only the needs of the present, but also provides, as far as possible, those that in the future the Environment and the Society as a whole will require from the Industry. Consequently, both the Policy and the strategies and objectives derived from it are reviewed annually in order to adapt them to the new requirements. The basic principles that govern said Environmental Policy are the following:

⦁ Increase energy efficiency and use cleaner energy.
⦁ Prevent and minimize the generation of polluting charges.
⦁ Prevent, mitigate, correct and compensate for environmental impacts on the population and ecosystems.

POLÍTICA MEDIO AMBIENTAL 
De conformidad con nuestro compromiso hacia el Medio Ambiente, parte de la premisa de absoluto respeto al medio ambiente, en el desarrollo de todas sus actividades. Para llevar a cabo su Política Medioambiental, atiende no sólo a las necesidades del presente, sino que prevé, en la medida de lo posible, las que en el futuro el Medio Ambiente y la Sociedad en su conjunto van a requerir a la Industria. En consecuencia, tanto la Política como las estrategias y los objetivos derivados de ella son revisados anualmente a fin de adaptarlos a los nuevos requerimientos. Los principios básicos que rigen dicha Política Medioambiental son los siguientes:

  • Optimizar el consumo de los recursos naturales y las materias primas.
  • Aumentar la eficiencia energética y utilizar energéticos más limpios.
  • Prevenir y minimizar la generación de cargas contaminantes.
  • Prevenir, mitigar, corregir y compensar los impactos ambientales sobre la población y los ecosistemas.
  • Adoptar tecnologías más limpias y prácticas de mejoramiento continuo de la gestión ambiental.
  • Minimizar y aprovechar los residuos.
